Realtors are always welcome at ProBuilt Homes. We value our relationship with the area’s real estate professionals. Our professionalism, quality construction, attention to detail and service after the sale will make the new home construction process a pleasurable experience for you and you clients.
ProBuilt Homes pays a 2.5% commission on the Purchase Agreement price. The commission is payable at title transfer on all inventory, spec/model homes and end-loan pre-sold contracts. The commission will be paid at the first draw on all construction-to-perm pre-sold contracts. No commission is payable on subsequent change orders or upgrades. You must provide us with a commission letter. All contracts must be on ProBuilt Homes’ Purchase Agreement forms. These terms are for homes that ProBuilt Homes has NOT listed with a broker. For broker-listed homes, please check the listing for commission details–they may differ from the 2.5% stated above. For broker-listed, that broker’s standard commission and split policy will be honored. Any dispute will be settled by arbitration.

Registering your clients with us establishes prospect protection. If these customers then purchase any style home from ProBuilt Homes, you will be protected and receive your well deserved commission.
We will honor your prospect for a period of 90 days from the date of registration. Prospect protection cannot be honored if the buyers have previously contacted us or visited our home on their own. You MUST accompany the prospect on their initial visit to our home. You can register them in person when you visit our home or telephone us prior to the visit. If the customer fails to purchase within the initial protection period, it is your responsibility to re-register them. Should the customer return after the protection period with another agent, ProBuilt Homes is NOT liable for a commission to the original realtor. If multiple realtors attempt to claim a commission on the same customer, any split will be negotiated between the customer and the realtors.
