The prestigious Cleveland Choice Awards were designed to recognize excellence among builders, remodelers, developers, and associates in the sales and marketing of new homes. The Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland is a nonprofit organization founded in 1943 dedicated to the promotion, advancement and professionalism of the building industry and associated industries. The HBA of Cleveland and its leaders were instrumental in the formation of both the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in 1942 and the Ohio Home Builders Association (OHBA) in 1944 and that leadership on the state and national levels still continues today.
