Meet the Staff

George  Davis, III, Owner, President and Visionary

George grew up in Thompson, Ohio. He enjoys deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and all terrain vehicles.  He once caught a 1050 pound blue fin tuna in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

George has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University. He is a certified green building professional and featured in Builder Magazine’s 40 under Forty.

Bob Myers, Director of Operations and Integrator

Bob came to us after over 25 years of working in youth ministry with the United Methodist Church. He lives in Cleveland Heights with his cat, Jesse. He has traveled to Israel, Russia, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. He has led mission trips nationally and internationally, most recently to Voronezh, Russia working on repairs to a Methodist camp there.  He has a BS in Education.

Katie Ryan, Interior Designer and Selections Coordinator

Katie loves all kinds of music and planning and organizing parties. Her favorite vacation spot is Jamaica. She enjoys doing car cruises with her future husband, Bunky and their 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor in Science in Interior Design and an Associate’s in Marketing.  Her family includes her husband, Bunky; stepson, Jake; poodle, Guiness; golden retriever, Tully.

Lindsay Artzner, New Home Consultant

Lindsay is newly married. She has recorded two CD’s, been skydiving three times, competed in a bikini competition, and ran the tough mudder. She and her husband, Jeremy live with her shih-poo mix, Melody. She graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s in Interpersonal Communications. In her free time, she enjoys traveling singing, drinking wine, and going to concerts.

David Kronenberg, New Home Consultant

David is our newest new home consultant. He lives with his wife, two kids, and two kittens.  He loves snow (the more the better!) His favorites are Seinfeld, The Office, The Godfather, The Grateful Dead, and Pink Floyd. He stills plays fantasy baseball with childhood friends for decades now. He enjoys amature astronomy and playing with his kids.  David attended University of Cincinnati and has been helping people build their dream home for the past 18 years.

 Josh Bateman, Sr. Construction Manager

Josh has been with our company for many years. He, his wife, Tiffany, and his children, Cooper and Stella live in Montville. Together they traveled cross country recently in a 15 passenger van for 2 weeks. Josh has a Bachelor’s in Science from Eastern Michigan University in Construction Management.  In 2016, he won the Cleveland HBA’s Project  Manager of the Year. Josh grows his hair and donates it every two year to Locks4Love.

Dawn lives in Madison, Ohio with her husband, Jason and pups, Zada and Tanner.  She grew up in Thompson, Ohio and went to school with George. She likes chilling with her family, crafting, camping, making soap, “drinking pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.” 

Rob Raines resides in Mayfield Heights, Ohio with his new wife, Chelsea, 2 dogs, Duke and Jarvis, and one cat, Olive. He grew up in Painesville.  He has been to 14 different major league stadiums and plans to visit every major league baseball stadium in his lifetime. He loves golf, watching movies, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. He graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Mathematics.

Beth Scebbi, Project Manager

Beth has been enjoying building homes for over thirty years. She is married with 4 beautiful children, two dogs, a bunny and a hamster and lives in Willoughby.  She grew up in Cleveland and loves swimming in our back yard pool, dancing whenever she can,  and living her best life! Outside of family, dancing is the only thing that matters!!

Orry Lehtonen, Project Manager

Orry started his career in turf and landscaping due to his degree in agriculture; however, his passion is new home construction. He lives in Concord with his wife, Rachel, and two boy, Henry and Sawyer. Together they love exploring local parks and being outside.  He also enjoys making maple syrup at home and home improvement projects.  His degree in Agriculture is from The Ohio State University.

Joe “Junior” Ponzani, Assistant Project Management

Joe lives by himself in his first home which he spends most of his free time renovating. He grew up in Wickcliffe, Ohio with his parents, Tom and Robin and brother, TJ. He likes to travel with TJ visiting other ballparks to see the Indians play. He enjoys carpentry, fitness, and outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.

Jurod Morrow, Superintendent

Jurod grew up in Cleveland and lives with his wife, Latrice and dogs, Lady and Lola. He enjoys riding four-wheelers, playing NBA2K, traveling and gymnastics. He spends his time working, bike riding, fishing, and working some more.

Donald “Donnie” Gaylord, Superintendent

Donnie was born in Ashtabula, but now lives in Wickcliffe with his finance, Sierra and two puppies, Aspen and Walter.  He has his BS in Construction Management from Ohio Northern University.  He first joined ProBuilt during an internship and we were so impressed we hired him after graduation.  He was a pole vaulter in High School and College. He also enjoys drawing and fishing.

Joe Sutch, Punch Out Specialist

Joe, has worked for ProBuilt since 2005. He is married to Yvonne and they have two sons, Matt and Scott. He resides in Perry, Ohio where he was born and raised.  He attended the infamous No Mas’ fight (Leonard vs. Duran) rematch in New Orleans in 1980. He enjoys collecting 50’s memorabilia and 2009 HBA award for Customer Service.

Dean Sutch, Warranty and Maintenance Specialist

Dean grew up and still lives in Perry Township where he played baseball as a kid.  He had worked with George for over 13 years. He loves carrot cake, football, and working on his truck. He is always willing to strike up a conversation and is able to fix just about anything.

Leslie Burke, CPA, Director of Finance 

Leslie is our accountant and CFO on call. She brings her over 20 years of accounting experience with specialty in construction finances to our team. She lives in Highland Heights with her husband, Jeff and daughter, Eva. She grew up in Erie, PA and enjoys vacationing by the ocean and spending time with her daughter, nieces, and nephew. She is a longtime survivor of ovarian cancer.  She is a certified public accountant with a BSBA in accounting from John Carroll University.

Jenna Carter, Staff Accountant

Jenna grew up in the small town of Indian Lake, Ohio.  She has 2 children, Asia and Mason.  She used to run her own side business making the “World’s Greatest Cupcakes”. She teaches a cycle class at Lifetime Fitness where they dance and cycle at the same time.  Her many hobbies include baking and grilling, working out and hiking, wine tasting and fine dining, and music and concerts.  She is a self-proclaimed “World’s Greatest Cupcake Baker.”

Lisa Zehe, Administrative Assistant and Warranty Adminstrator

Lisa grew up in Euclid but has lived most of her life in Thompson, Ohio. She is married to Bryan and they have three children. Bryan, Brandi, and Lexi. She spends most of her time balancing life around three kids, but when she does have some free time she enjoys photography and gardening.

Krystel McCaskey, Executive Assistant and Marketing Administator

Krystel lives in Burton with her husband of 10 years, Tim, and her two children – Brielle and Caleb. She first lived in South Euclid and her parents gave her culture shock when she moved from there to a dirt road in Burton, Ohio. Now she is tried and true Burtonian. She enjoys golfing, knee-boarding, skiing, and chasing her children. She received her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Lakeland Community College.

William Langa, Realtor

Bill has lived his entire life in Lake County growing up in Willoughby and Kirtland. Currently he resides in Willoughby Hills with his wife, Beth and daughter, Olivia.  He enjoys running, hiking, biking, and working out.  He studied computer-aided design at Lakeland and real estate at Hondros College in Independence.
