Realtors are always welcome at ProBuilt Homes.  We do not pay commissions, but we do pay referral fees.

 Can’t Find what your Client Wants on the Market Today?

Consider referring them to build their dream home with us and ProBuilt will pay you a referral fee.

In order to receive the referral fee as a realtor ALL of the following must apply. There are NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • You must register them by using the form below, accompany them to the first meeting and/or an open house, or contact us to give us your customers’ information. This protects you and your referral fee. One of our New Home Sales Consultants will reach out to you and schedule a meeting with you and your clients. That is the only meeting you will need to attend.
  • You need to have an active buyer brokerage agreement and share a copy with us.
  • They cannot have already been working with us and/or have given us their information via the website, open house visit, other realtor, and/or calling our office. If that is the case, a referral fee will not be paid as you have not referred them.

Referral Fee tiers for all our homes (completed and new construction)

  • House price up to $350,000 – $5000 referral fee
  • House price from $350,001 – $550,000 – $7000 referral fee
  • House price up to $550,001- $750,000 – $9000 referral fee
  • House price up to $750,001 and up – $11,000 referral fee

ProBuilt Homes pays a referral fee on the Purchase Agreement price for the home excluding land cost. The referral fee is payable:

  • at title transfer on all inventory, spec/model homes and end-loan pre-sold contracts.
  • at the first draw on all construction-to-perm pre-sold contracts..
