You’ll meet with a ProBuilt New Home Consultant to discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and preferred location. We’ll help you define your priorities and explore the best path forward - whether that’s building in a community or on your own land.

2. Design & Pricing

Once we understand your needs, we begin shaping your home.
Using our pre-designed floor plans as a starting point - or developing a custom design - we’ll refine layout, features, and selections. Because many elements are pre-priced, we’re able to provide clear, upfront pricing early in the process.

3. Selections & Planning

With your plan in place, we guide you through key decisions.

You’ll work with our in-house interior designer to make selections that reflect your style while staying aligned with your overall plan. Our team helps streamline this process so you’re not navigating decisions alone.

Construction

As your home takes shape, we keep everything on track.

Our construction team manages the build from start to finish, with experienced project managers overseeing progress, coordinating trades, and maintaining quality standards. You’ll receive regular updates so you always know how your home is progressing.

5. Move-In & Beyond

Our commitment doesn’t end when construction is complete.

We walk you through your finished home and remain available to support you after move-in. Our warranty team ensures everything continues to meet the standards you expect.
