Partnering With Realtors

Realtors are always welcome at ProBuilt Homes. While we do not offer traditional commissions, we do provide referral fees for introducing clients who are interested in building a new home.

If your client isn’t finding the right home on the market, building may be the right solution—and we’re here to help guide that process.

Referral Requirements

To receive a referral fee, all of the following conditions must be met. There are no exceptions:

You must register your client using the form below, accompany them to their first meeting and/or an open house, or contact us directly with their information
You must have an active buyer brokerage agreement and provide a copy
Your client must not have already contacted ProBuilt Homes through our website, open houses, another realtor, or direct communication

If your client has already engaged with ProBuilt Homes prior to your referral, a referral fee will not be paid.

Referral Fee Structure

Referral fees are based on the purchase agreement price of the home (excluding land cost):

Up to $350,000

$5,000

$350,001 – $550,000

$7,000

$550,001 – $750,000

$9,000

$750,001 and above

$11,000

Payment Timing

Referral fees are paid as follows:

At title transfer for inventory, spec/model homes, and end-loan pre-sold contracts
At the first draw for construction-to-perm pre-sold contracts
