Absolutely! Many homeowners come to us early in the process. We’ll help you explore your options, define your priorities, and determine the best path forward.

Yes. We can build on land you already own, help you find the perfect lot, or even demolish an existing home and rebuild.
ProBuilt Homes builds throughout Northeast Ohio, including both communities and private homesites.
Yes. Our floor plans are designed to provide a strong starting point, but they can be customized to better fit your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Many aspects can be adjusted including layouts, room configurations, and features. Our team will help you understand what’s possible and guide you through those decisions.
If needed, we can work with you to develop a more custom design. Our goal is to find the right solution—whether that starts with an existing plan or something more tailored.
We provide clear, upfront pricing based on your selected plan and features. Because many elements are pre-priced, we’re able to give you a reliable estimate early in the process. Typically, changes only occur when you decide to modify your selections or adjust the design along the building process.
You can choose to pay in cash or apply for a construction-to-permanent loan, which combines both the building costs and long-term mortgage into a single loan. We partner with a group of experienced loan officers who can assist you throughout the process. If you decide to finance, you’ll be required to work with one of our preferred lenders.
Timelines can vary depending on the home and project details, but we’ll outline expectations early and keep you updated throughout the process.
Most – if not all - of your selections can be made at our Selection Center. You’ll work with our in-house interior designer who will guide you through the selection process and support you at every step.
You’ll work with a team that includes a new home consultant, an interior designer, and a construction team—all working together to support you throughout the process. Our team provides regular updates and communication so you always know how your home is progressing and what to expect next.
Every home—and every homeowner—is different. If you have questions about your specific situation, our team is here to help.
